Natalie is an experienced Senior Project Manager with the ability to effectively manage multiple construction teams on multi- disciplinary projects, while focusing on quality assurance / quality control. A creative and analytical thinker, Natalie is responsible for presenting value engineering options and delivering overall cost reduction savings to our Clients. She is an excellent communicator and is responsible for the success of our projects from the Notice to Proceed through the project closeout. She is also involved in the preconstruction process, guaranteeing project milestones are met and exceeded.

Prior to joining Prime Investment Brokers, Natalie worked as the Founder/Executive Director for IPEC, Inc. responsible for the oversight of grant proposals. She also was the Director of Industrial Engineering for AT&T where she supervised 15 Engineering Professionals for 12 years.
