Alvin Johnson has 37 years of experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Johnson has extensive knowledge in Land Development, Construction, Property Management, Commercial and Residential Sales. Mr. Johnson is a licensed real estate broker in both Georgia and Alabama. Mr. Johnson has constructed and sold properties in fifteen cities and municipalities in the states of Alabama and Georgia. In recent years he was contracted by the Housing Authority of Birmingham to sell homes developed and built for low income families. Mr. Johnson has developed and built homes from the 7000 square foot range and above in Birmingham’s Oxmoor Landing subdivision. Mr. Johnson also built homes and was the lead Broker for both the Timber Crest development and the Kingwood development in Pleasant Grove and Hueytown, Alabama, respectively.
