Michael Bowen established Revitalization Strategies Group in 2015. As President, Michael Bowen is responsible for the overall performance of the company, overseeing all aspects of operations and collaborating with a talented multi-disciplinary team of design, construction, legal, finance, public housing partners and neighborhood residents nationwide. He has particular expertise in public housing redevelopment (though RAD and Mixed Finance) including working on the first RAD mixed finance transaction in the State of Mississippi.
